Chondrolabral separation of the anteroinferior glenoid labrum from 3 - 6 o'clock (3 o'clock anterior) with intact periosteum, in keeping with a Perthes lesion. Tiny Hill-Sachs defect. Intact capsule with arthrogram solution adequately distending the joint.
