Describe your findings
Small glenohumeral joint effusion and the axillary pouch portion of the glenohumeral joint is thickened with surrounding oedema. Further oedema in the region of the bicipital sling/rotator cuff interval. No rotator cuff tear. Mild distension of the subacromial-subdeltoid bursa. Findings are suggestive of adhesive capsulitis.
What ligaments make up the bicipital sling?
Coracohumeral ligament (CHL) and the superior glenohumeral ligament (SGHL).
