There is essentially, no such thing. Remember that a clinical pregnancy is dated on the basis of last menstrual period. Assuming a regular 28 day cycle, at 2w0d the patient should be at ovulation, and in fact not pregnant yet.
Empty uterus. Solid right adnexal mass with peripheral rim of vascularity ("ring of fire"). Small volume free fluid with low-level echoes in the pouch of Douglas suggestive of haemorrhage.
