Large multilocular cystic mass, 18.8 x 18.8 x 8.8 cm, predominantly cystic with homogeneous fluid density, without a visible soft tissue component. Smooth, variable thickness cyst walls and septations. No obvious calcification.
Associated moderate amount of free fluid noted within the abdomen.
