There is complete duplication of the uterine horns and cervices. The left horn measures ~8.0 x 3.0 cm with an average endometrial thickness of ~12 mm. The right horn measures ~7.2 x 3.0 cm with an average endometrial thickness of ~8 mm. No haematometrocolpos.
There is duplication of the upper vagina. The right hemivagina is dilated with low T1 high T2 and STIR signal intense contents. The left hemivagina appears compressed. This raises the possibility of a partial vaginal septum associated with obstruction.
