The differential is wide, and includes renal osteodystrophy, osteoblastic metastases, Paget's disease, myelofibrosis, mastocytosis, osteopetrosis and pynkodysostosis.

Myelofibrosis, mastocytosis and osteopetrosis.
What other intra-abdominal findings may be seen in a patient with mastocytosis?
Small bowel wall thickening, mesenteric and omental thickening, sequelae of peptic ulceration.
Ascites, hepatosplenomegaly and upper abdominal lymphadenopathy are seen. Diffuse bony sclerosis is confirmed.
