The lesion projected over the pectoral profile was described as an intramammary lymph node. Look at it carefully. Are you happy with this diagnosis?
It is way too dense to be a lymph node. The other lesions are lymph nodes; low density and fatty hila. They are lymph nodes.
Mass lesion in the axilla. Adjacent normal axillary lymph nodes.
