Features of an intradural extramedullary lesion which can be meningioma, schwannoma or neurofibroma. The possibility of meningioma is based on the homogeneous texture, homogeneous enhancement, absence of flow voids and cystic changes, and the presence of a dural tail. The thoracic spine is the most common site for spinal meningioma.
