MRI - MRI dorsal spine
The spinal canal opposite T10 and T11 shows a well-defined, ovoid, dural-based soft tissue lesion in an intradural, extramedullary location, measuring 2.3 x 1 x 1 cm; present at the right anterolateral aspect of the spinal cord, compressing it left posterolaterally. It demonstrates T1 isointensity and T2 slightly hyperintense signal, with moderate post-contrast enhancement. A small related inferior enhancing dural tail is seen. No cystic changes or signal void are noted.
