Chest radiograph reveals cardiomegaly with prominent pulmonary conus and enlargement of bilateral hilar pulmonary vessels.
Lung zones appear clear. The trachea is central in position. Major bronchi are normal. Bilateral costophrenic angles are clear. The bony thorax is normal.
