CT
There are multifocal, confluent, bilateral and peripheral, ground glass opacities combined with septal thickening (crazy paving pattern) in both lungs.
No pleural effusion or pneumothorax in the either side.
Acute pulmonary thromboembolism involving right pulmonary upper and lower lobar branches extending to segmental and subsegmental levels.
Note is made for calcified mediastinal and hilar enlarged lymph nodes.
