Well defined cystic mass measuring 4.43 x 3.71 cm involving the left cerebellum and showing mild perilesional oedema and mass effect with compression of the fourth ventricle causing hydrocephalus.
There is an eccentric strongly enhancing nodule lesion abutting the lateral wall of the cyst.
There are prominent vessels overlying the nodule.
No calcification or haemorrhage
