What is a mass located in suprapatellar bursa?
Intraarticular lipoma, note a signal loss on fat sat images.
Extensive bone marrow edema pronounced at both lateral parts of tibial plateau and femoral condyle and in patella. Two fluid-filled cavities with irregular and rough shapes and contours - demarcation zones. Note an interruption of cortical plate lateral tibial plateau as well as femoral condyle. Posterior round calcified loose body.
Oval mass in a suprapatellar bursa with high T1 signal and its loss on fat-saturated images consistent with lipoma.
Extensive to full absence chondromalacia of both surfaces of the patellofemoral joint.
Medial patellar displacement due to old medial retinaculum damage. Menisci and ligaments seem unremarkable.
