The CT images demonstrate a cystic tubular structure with peripheral curvilinear calcification, of retrocecal location with upward course medial to the coecum. No perilesional fatty infiltration or regional lymphadenopathy seen. The appendix was not visualized.
Dysmorphic liver with calcification in the right lobe (past history of surgery for hepatic hydatid cyst).
