Presentation

Male 30 years old is complaining of left ankle pain since yesterday evening. There is pain and swelling over the left ankle and heel area after the patient accidentally twisted it at work. No open injury or deformity. There is a limitation in range of motion. No other complaints, no past medical history. The patient was wearing his PPE at the time of injury On examination: Full conscious, afebrile, stable vital Normal systemic examination The left ankle: severe tenderness over the calcaneus and talus bone region.
