Is radiotracer uptake present in lumbar blastic lesion?
No radiotracer uptake is present. The lesion is probably a bone island (enostosis).
Are there any additional findings in relation of referred low back pain?
Lumbosacral transitional vertebra (LSTV) with an unilateral anomalous articulation of the right L5 transverse process with the sacrum, showing increased radiotracer uptake.
Coronal SPECT-CT image shows increased radiotracer uptake at the level of the articulation between enlarged transverse process of the lumbosacral transitional vertebra and the right sacral aspect.
