Airspace consolidation is seen within the posterior and lateral segments of the right lower lobe. This is associated with a small pleural effusion. The right upper and middle lobes, and the entire left lung, are clear.
There is minor mediastinal lymphadenopathy, which in this setting may be reactive. A hypodense hepatic segment 2 lesion is fluid density, keeping with a simple cyst. The remaining imaged upper abdominal viscera are normal for a non-contrast study.
Conclusion: Right lower lobe pneumonia.
