Complex distal metaphyseal fracture with at least two components. There is a displaced oblique fracture extending to the metaphysis with widening of the physis on the lateral view. On the frontal radiograph, this is seen extending obliquely towards the syndesmosis (which appears intact). Associated distal fibular fracture.
