MRI - Shoulder arthrogram
Absent anterosuperior glenoid labrum from 1-3 o'clock (3 o'clock anterior) with thickening of the mGHL in keeping with a Buford complex. Small bicipital labral sulcus. Mild ACJ synovial hypertrophy which idents the supraspinatus tendon. Fluid is evident within the teres minor and infraspinatus muscles from the posterior glenohumeral joint injection.
