A large well-defined multiloculated expansile osteolytic lesion is seen involving the right femoral neck and upper shaft measuring about 9 x 4 cm along its maximum diameters eliciting low signal in T1, high signal in T2/STIR with small locule eliciting low signal in T2 weighted images seen within.
Oblique fracture line is seen traversing its lateral aspect associated with extra-osseous fluid collection extending around the lesion and encasing the femoral shaft in addition to edematous changes of the surrounding musculature.
