- There is a large solid mass up to 130mm located within omentum major on the right side, arising from the gastric pylorus and first portion of the duodenum.
- Prominent diffusion restriction with low ADC values of peripheral parts of the lesion.
- Areas of cystic degeneration are seen centrally.
- Pancreas, duodenum and right kidney are displaced posteriorly.
- There is no evidence of lymphadenopathy.
