There is the possibility of left basal lung consolidative opacity, partially obscuring the left hemidiaphragm, suggestive of acute infection.
Prominent bronchovascular markings are noted bilaterally. No sizeable effusion nor pneumoperitoneum seen. Old bilateral rib fractures are noted.
