A large lobulated soft tissue mass with heterogeneous enhancement (measuring 10 x 8 x 7 cm) centred on the uterine cervix, invading the uterine cavity, upper 2/3 of the vagina and compressing the left lower ureter. No apparent extension to the anterior rectal wall or posterior bladder wall. No pelvic or para-aortic lymphadenopathy.

Lytic lesion with a soft tissue component of the right iliac bone suggestive of metastasis. No other metastatic lesion was seen on the bone window (not shown).
