Upper dorsal kyphoscoliosis being convex to the right with T3-T5 left lateral thoracic meningocele. The lateral expansion of meningocele through left T3/4 and T4/5 foramina with a circumferential dural envelope and scalloping of the posterior aspect of the aforementioned vertebrae.The spinal cord is displaced anteriorly and to the left side. No entrapped fat could be seen. The lateral thoracic meningoecle is seen sagging the left upper lung.
No lumbar spinal dysraphism. Conus tapers normally at L1.
No stigmata of NF-1 or Marfan syndrome.
Mild left pleural effusion.
