Appearances favor multinodular and vacuolating neuronal tumors in the left temporal lobe. 

Dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNET) is a close differential. However, DNETs are 'bubbly' appearing lesions, primarily cortical based and cause expansion of the cortex which is not seen in this case.
