Putti's triad for developmental dysplasia of the hip includes:
- superolateral displacement of the proximal femur
- increase in acetabular angle
- small capital femoral epiphysis
Other findings may include shallow acetabulum with mild sclerosis as well as formation of a false acetabulum.
