Which valve has been replaced?
The valve is to right of the midline in frontal chest radiograph, so it is a tricuspid valve. Also the history of IV drug use clues you clinically to which valve.
There are cardiomegaly, two abandoned epicardial leads, right atrial enlargement, right ventricle enlargement and enlarged central pulmonary arteries. The valve that has been replaced is the tricuspid valve, based on history, findings and location. A bioprosthetic tricuspid valve has been used.
