Multiple intraparenchymal cortically located cystic lesions of varying sizes are seen in the frontal, parietal and insular regions of the left cerebral hemisphere. These display marginal enhancement with hypodense contents and surrounded by massive perifocal oedema. Associated involutional changes are noted.
