Spontaneous pneumothorax with no definite cause occurs with high possibility of recurrence.

Possibility of cystic fibrosis should be excluded.

Attention must be given for such patients, especially if they develop any chest pain. 

Management could be intercostal chest tube or even thoracoscopy for further evaluation and excision of the belbs or other possible lung tears.
