Axial C+ portal venous phase
A heterogeneously enhancing lobulated multinodular mass lesion is seen arising in central gland of prostate, invading the peripheral gland, with possibility of extracapsular extension (loss of periprostatic fat planes in few areas). Planes with posterior wall of urinary bladder is not well defined. Few locoregional enlarged lymph nodes are seen.
