There is a left sided adnexal mass - lobulated, well circumscribed and encapsulated with heterogenous structure. Signs of internal fibrosis, small cystic changes and peripheral hemorrhage. No signs of intratumoral fat. Small amount of abdominal fluid. Agenesis of uterus.
