Submucosal leiomyoma in the right uterine corner. No endometrial hyperplasia. There is a tumour in the uterine cervix with circular stromal invasion. The tumour demonstrates a very strong diffusion restriction (ADC = 0.666 mm2/c) and a very week contrast enhancement. The outermost ring of cervix stroma is spared. No abnormal lymph nodes were detected.
