Well-marginated right intra-testicular mass lesion measures 15x13x12 mm at the maximum three dimensions, shows characteristic lamellated (onion skin appearance) with alternating hyperechoic and hypoechoic rings, color Doppler assessment reveals no internal color Doppler signals, consistent with epidermoid cyst.
