Axial C+ portal venous phase
The pancreatic head has an unusual morphology, apparently encircling and narrowing the second part of the duodenum. The findings are consistent with annular pancreas. Solid intra-abdominal organs are otherwise normal. No free fluid or lymphadenopathy. Reptroaortic left renal vein noted.
