Moderate sized parenchymal haemorrhage with moderate surrounding low attenuation at the junction of the right frontoparietal lobes (watershed territory). Minimal mass effect.
Separate smaller more subtle haemorrhage in the right frontal lobe.
Prominent dense cortical veins at the right vertex.
