Intra-articular body within the suprapatellar recess. Donor site is medial femoral condyle with a large well-demarcated osteochondral defect without adjacent marrow oedema. Chondral fraying at the edges of the osteochondral defect. Subchondral marrow oedema of both the medial and lateral tibial plateaus.
