1. Superficial siderosis. GRE / SWI. 2. Subdural fluid collection due to a dural defect from previous surgery. 3. In recent years, a longitudinal extra-arachnoid intraspinal fluid-filled collection has been frequently noted in patients with SS (see reference).
Extensive anterior subdural collection in the cervico-thoracic spine.
Previous anterior fusion at C3-5 and L4-S1.
