3.9 x 3.1 cm well-defined homogeneously enhancing mass centred on the left sphenoid wing. The component within the inferior temporal fossa exhibits a dural tail.
A small amount of tissue extends into the left side of the cavernous sinus and encircles the intracavernous ICA. This also abuts the proximal optic nerve just distal to the optic chiasm.
Small amount of peri-tumoural oedema in the left inferior temporal lobe.
No significant mass effect.
