The left hemidiaphragm is elevated causing mild left to right shifting of heart and mediastinum.

Moderate ascites is present accompanied by multiple low attenuating lesions causing scalloping of the liver margin. There are also multiple varying sized soft tissue density masses on greater omentum associated with omental thickening. 

A 125×105×70 mm septated cystic lesion is noted at left pelvis.
