The pituitary fossa is markedly expanded and dorsum sellae is thinned. The floor of the fossa appears intact. These changes are consistent with a slowly enlarging mass, rather than an aggressive destructive lesion.
The pituitary fossa is enlarged, with remodelling and thinning of the dorsum sellae. Sphenoid sinus appears well aerated.
