Cloverleaf skull
Discussion:
Pancraniosynostosis with premature closure of the coronal, sagittal, and lambdoid sutures with a subsequent cloverleaf deformity of the skull. There is also mid-face hypoplasia, which suggests syndromic etiology.
Cloverleaf skull or Kleeblattschadel skull represents a severe form of pansynostosis. It's an extremely rare disease.
It occurs intrauterine with closure of the sagittal, coronal and lambdoid sutures.
