- simplified gyral pattern (few and shallow sulci)
- small thin corpus callosum with absent rostrum
- rather reduced volume of the white matter with diffuse hypomyelination (the hypomyelination corresponds to the patient's young age)
- distended dural venous sinuses (normal for age)
