Presentation
Non gravid female presents with bleeding from the vagina for three months. She was known to have uterine fibroids, without treatment. On ultrasonography, there was a heterogenous appearance of the uterus with distorted morphology. For better evaluation of the anatomy and pathology CECT and MRI were done.
