Long appendix of subcaecal location with thickening and enhancement of the appendiceal tip forming a small mass obliterating the appendiceal lumen with regional enlarged lymph nodes. No surrounding fat stranding or abscess formation.
Circumferential thickening of the colonic wall and terminal ileum, probably inflammatory bowel disease (colonoscopy was requested).
A simple cortical right renal cyst is noted.
