Circumferential irregular mural thickening of the colon, associated with colocolic intussusception involving the proximal transverse colon. Mild fat stranding and a few small subcentimetre locoregional lymph nodes around it. No bowel obstruction, pneumoperitoneum or distant metastases noted.
