Calcified hilar lymph nodes usually represent healed granulomatous infections such as tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, and sarcoidosis. The patient is Indian where most mediastinal lymphadenopathy is due to tuberculosis. The patient reported no symptoms of active disease.
