MRI shows typical features of posterior fossa hemangioblastoma. Waiting for histological confirmation.
Hemangioblastomas are vascular origin tumors in patients with von-Hippel Lindau (vHL) disease.
87-97% are intracranial, 55% in the posterior fossa, and 85% in the cerebellar hemisphere
Hemangioblastomas are rare under 15 years, with a peak age between 30-65 years; similar lesions in the posterior fossa among children are pilocytic astrocytomas.
