Presentation

History of dextrocardia, tracheo-esophageal fistula, presenting with acute onset of severe abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. There was concern for appendicitis versus bowel obstruction. CT scan was performed for further evaluation following non-visualization of the gallbladder on ultrasound.
