Necrotic, irregular tumour mass of the liver extending into the portal vein (tumour thrombus). Subsequent prominent dilation of the intrahepatic bile ducts. Liver metastases. Large metastatic lymph nodes in the liver hilum. Posterior mediastinal metastatic lymph nodes. Bilateral adrenal diffuse thickening (more on the right side), likely metastatic. Mild abdominal and pelvic ascites. Small sliding hiatus hernia.
NB: Small tumour thrombus extending into the inferior vena cava.
