Presentation
2 weeks history of right upper quadrant pain, fever, anorexia and leukocytosis in a diabetic patient. The abdominal ultrasound (not shown) revealed a complex cystic mass. MRI was requested for characterization and to rule out intra-abdominal sepsis.
